It integrates three critical production procedures — bottle rinsing, liquid filling and cap sealing — into a single compact unit, eliminating the need for scattered separate machines and redundant manual handling, which has become the standard configuration for modern water bottling plants of all scales.
This type of equipment is specially designed for PET bottles, glass bottles and other common water packaging containers, with a production capacity ranging from 2000 bottles per hour for small and medium-sized workshops to 12000 bottles per hour for large-scale commercial production lines. The whole operation process runs in a fully automated closed state, which effectively avoids secondary pollution in the production link and strictly meets the food-grade hygiene requirements for purified water, mineral water and spring water production.

The working flow of the machine follows a precise sequential logic. Empty bottles are first delivered to the rinsing station through the air conveying system. The gripper clamps the bottleneck and flips the entire bottle 180 degrees, so that the inner wall of the bottle is fully rinsed with sterile water, and the residual liquid is completely drained after rinsing to ensure no impurities remain inside the container. Then the cleaned bottles are transferred to the filling station through the star wheel dial, the filling nozzle dives to the bottom of the bottle and rises slowly at a constant speed during the process, which effectively prevents bubbling and liquid overflow caused by the impact of water flow. The gravity micro-negative pressure filling principle adopted by the equipment ensures that the liquid level in each bottle is highly consistent, and the filling accuracy error can be controlled within ±1%. Finally, the filled bottles are sent to the capping station, the magnetic torque capping head automatically completes cap picking, positioning and screwing, and the torque can be adjusted steplessly to ensure that the cap is tightened properly without damaging the bottleneck thread.
In terms of structural design, all parts of the equipment that come into contact with water are made of food-grade corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble and clean, and supports CIP online cleaning and disinfection. The whole machine is controlled by mature PLC program, equipped with a user-friendly touch screen interactive interface, which can realize one-click setting of production parameters, real-time display of output, automatic alarm for faults such as missing bottles, missing caps and bottle jamming, and has the protection function of no bottle no filling and no cap no capping. The pneumatic transmission system ensures the stability and precision of the operation, and the noise and energy consumption are effectively controlled during long-term continuous operation.
This integrated bottling equipment greatly reduces the floor space of the production line, simplifies the production management process, and has been widely recognized by small and medium-sized water plants and large-scale beverage groups.
